David Lee
David is the co-founder of Offset & Offeo. Being an award winning motion designer, David has 10 years of motion graphics experience before transiting to become the business director where he oversees the operations and development of the company. Under their leadership, Offset has evolved from a production-centric company to a solution-centric company, building long term relationships with the clients.
Being an entrepreneur, David is passionate about making change and impact. He is constantly looking out for new strategies, technologies and partnerships to value add their clients and customers around the world.
David is now focusing on the development of Offeo, a design-driven video creation platform for small businesses and marketers to create beautiful and effective video ads. As the whole marketing landscape shifts towards video and motion, he wants to make video creation process easy for everyone.

Clement Chia
With more than 10 years of experience in the creative industry,
Clement is a recognised award-winning creative director specialising
in motion design. Being the creative director of Offset, he has
worked with established clients such as Facebook, Google, Formula 1,
Singapore Airlines, Jaguar, McDonald’s, among many others.
Offset’s works can be seen in many mediums such as digital,
broadcast TV commercials and live shows.
Having his works shown around the globe for different events, he has
been known for his versatile styles of Design Principles.
Besides working with a variety of clients, Clement is also a speaker for
multiple events presenting Animation Trends and Design Styles.
Currently, he is overseeing Offset’s creative direction and the
creative development of OFFEO, a platform to help small businesses
create videos online easily and artistically. He believes that content
should tell a great story but be visually strong as well.

Gregory Poon
Gregory is the Managing Partner & Chief Marketing Officer of OFF Media, the holding company for OFFSET and OFFEO.
He currently runs OFFSET, a creative agency specialising in digital advertising and motion graphics. He has over 8 years of experience in this industry. Since assuming leadership of the company, he has brought in global accounts such as Facebook, L’Oreal, Kellogg’s and Pigeon, evolving the business model to adopt a direct client collaboration. In doing so, he has increased OFFSET’s business’s profits. He now steers the company’s direction, while spearheading the business’s development strategy and creative execution.
With his background in motion design and creative thinking, he guides brands to craft impactful solutions that drives engagement and messaging. In addition, he also helps brands such as L’Oreal, Hyundai and McDonald’s to maximise social and digital outreach by running workshops in Asia Pacific. He engages with brands to heighten their potential in sales and marketing.
When he steps out of the office, he is a master chef and is amazing at bar games. Go ahead, challenge him to one.

JEROME KWEK
Jerome is the Chief Technology Officer of OFF Media, the holding company for OFFSET and OFFEO.
He currently manages product development and technology advancements at OFFEO, an online video ad maker, as well as oversees technology based projects at OFFSET, OFF Media’s creative agency. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of Information Technology.
Using his technical know-hows, Jerome leads a growing development team and together, built OFFEO from ground zero. The product, though looks simple and intuitive, is in fact a daunting complexity. At times he is amazed at how a small team can build something so much bigger than themselves.
At OFFSET, he oversees a different team working on external clients’ projects, typically building less complex products like corporate websites, microsites and campaign based games.
Apart from technology, he is passionate and enthusiastic about three things that define him – Coffee, Denim, and Leather.
